iYogi Complaints: New infections found

Antivirus program not working best to its capacity and I keep getting error messages as new infections found, called I YOGI for help. They took remote and fixed problem. But I keep getting same alert again and again. New antivirus program installed on computer can’t detect it and I am not getting any respite.

More over my network is all corrupted now all my computers are infected and as I share them together so I have to get everything cleaned. Did this happen because I added my old LAPTOP or is it because of my wireless settings being exposed to all. Or the computer I repaired is the root cause.

iYogi complaints: Faulty antivirus

My antivirus was giving me problems and I approached iYogi for resolving the issue; but the technician did a lousy job and now I am left with a system that is wide open to a virus attack. Then I had to fill in the iYogi complaints form for streamlining this issue.

iYogi Complaints: Antivirus subscription expired

It had been a great experience being a customer of iYogi. Few months back I had a problem with my antivirus program. Its subscription expired without any warning. So I called iYogi to essay the exact issue. The techie was quite courteous and solved the issue in short span of time, But now again I am facing the same problem. I hate the temporary solutions provided for my problems.

iYogi Complaints: Slow System

Few days back I was facing problem with the installation of the concerned antivirus program in my system. So, I called iYogi and the Technician helped me to perform the same accurately. But as I disconnected the call, I noticed that the installation haven’t completed and demands me to start it all over again. As the concerned techie knew about the concerned issue, I called iYogi and preferred to talk to the same guy, but they said they can’t transfer the call like that. I had to educate the new techie about the complete issue and then finally I got rid of the problem.
